Installation Services.
Installation Services include the design, planning and deployment of
hardware and software systems, from simple systems to enterprise level
configurations. Our expertise ranges from small business installations
to the most complicated multi-site installations with high-end servers
and disaster recovery sites with on-line replication.
Hardware Maintenance and Support Services.
With the Hardware Maintenance and Support Services contract, GCC
undertakes to keep our customers’ systems in good operational condition
and to provide the necessary labour and spare parts. This, in
combination with scheduled preventive maintenance, minimizes the risk of
unwanted down-time.
Mission-critical systems will not be left unattended after normal
working hours or during weekends. Our customers can always enhance their
basic services by adding options for a faster response time (one hour)
and by extending the call window to a 24/7 service, including weekends
and public holidays.
Also, during a warranty period, customers may choose to upgrade the
standard level of service to any of the options described above.
We have structured our hardware maintenance and support services to
offer maximum flexibility to meet customers’ specific needs in the most
appropriate and cost-effective way with customized SLAs (Service Level
Agreements).
Software Maintenance and Support Services.
The Software Maintenance and Support Services contract gives the
customer the right to install and use the latest versions and updates of
the software products under maintenance.
The customer is also eligible for telephone support and may escalate
technical problems that can not be resolved locally to GCC’s
Technology/Solution Vendors’ support centres. Our support specialists
are always available to support and work with our customers to solve
their day-to-day problems.
The general aim of our software maintenance services is to enhance
system availability by resolving technical problems, securing optimum
system performance by running the latest software versions, and reducing
the cost of ownership by avoiding the re-purchasing of software products
each time a new release is issued.
Operational Support Services (OSS).
This service is designed for customers who lack the expertise to deal
with the day-to-day administration of their IT infrastructure by
themselves.
This service is delivered by a designated engineer who has the technical
skills and an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s environment, business
needs and future plans. The engineer acts as a consultant for the
customer and is involved in any changes and projects implemented in the
customer’s IT environment.
Through GCC’s OSS contract, customers secure the smooth operation and
evolution of their IT environment and low-cost, headache-free system
administration. Moreover, they benefit from access to GCC’s highly
skilled team of experts.
Integration Services.
For modern, complex IT systems to work efficiently and effectively, the
various components, including application packages, hardware and
communications infrastructure, must work together in an integrated
manner. Our Integration Specialists, who have a vast knowledge and
extensive experience of working with the latest technologies and tools,
build modern IT solutions to solve business problems.

Bespoke Software Development.
