working hours or during weekends. Our customers can always enhance the
basic services by adding options for faster response time down to one
hour, and by extending the call window to a 24 x 7 service, including
weekends and public holidays.
Also, during a warranty period, enhancement options are available to
upgrade the standard warranty to any other options, as described above.
