NETWORKS ENGINEER

The Role: Computer Engineer with support competencies in the area of networks and network security. His/her responsibilities will include:

Work in teams for installing and supporting IT networks
Technical problem determination and troubleshooting capabilities

Person Qualifications: The successful candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:

University degree in the IT or Electronics or related field
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good oral and written communication skills
Willing to continuously update personal skills and knowledge
Strong analytical skills with good understanding of both technical/business issues
Excellent communication skills, ability of understanding customer needs
Excellent problem solving and customer focused approach
Display initiative and responsibility

Technical Skills

Excellent knowledge of network protocols and standards
Good knowledge of hardware systems is essential
Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server or Unix)
Industry certifications for network products or technologies (CompTIA Network+, CISCO CCNA/CCNP, HP Procurve, etc) will be considered as an advantage
