SUPPORT ENGINEER

The Role: Computer Engineer with support competencies in the area of midrange and high-end systems and system software products and tools (operating systems, networking, etc). His/her responsibilities will include:

Work in teams for installing and supporting IT solutions
Technical problem determination and troubleshooting capabilities for software and hardware systems

Person Qualifications: The successful candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:

University degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering or other IT related field

Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to continuously update personal skills and knowledge
Display initiative and responsibility

Technical Skills:

Good understanding of computer systems
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server or Unix) will be considered as an advantage
Vendor certifications e.g., HP, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc will be also considered as an advantage
