GCC to work with Bundesdruckerei in the deployment of the ePassport project of Cyprus

GCC Computers Ltd proudly announces that, as Bundesdruckerei’s partner in Cyprus, will be playing a vital role in the deployment of the e-Passports project acting as its local sub-contractor.

Bundesdruckerei, a Berlin based company, has been awarded the Cyprus Government contract to produce electronic passports. The high-security company in Berlin is to supply Cyprus with blank passport booklets together with the complete system for data capture, central personalisation and issuing of the passports.

GCC, Bundesdruckerei’s partner in Cyprus, will deliver, on behalf of Bundesdrukerei, installation services, integration of the system with the existing databases, training to the end users and project management. Moreover, GCC will be delivering to the customer warranty and post sales maintenance and support services.
