Duration: Two (2) Years
What we are looking for
We are looking for leaders who embrace new technologies and have an appetite to learn.
Guided by GCC’s technical experts you will work on developing end-to-end solutions using creative problem-solving approaches through fresh perspectives.
You will benefit from the support of an assigned Manager who will ensure you get the most from Networking, Security, Development/DevOps and Cloud programmes. The primary objective is to support the Network, Security and Cloud teams of GCC, in major and complex implementations across the aforementioned areas. Once fulfilling the GCC Graduate Program, each candidate will have the opportunity, to be involved in complex, prestigious projects, and from there on have the opportunity to choose from various career paths that our organization offers.

Building your Skills
GCC Academy will provide industry training/certifications over the two (2) year period, specialising in the aforementioned concepts starting from the basics and progress through labs, hands-on training and self-learning to reach an expert level, which is of course what the industry is looking for.
During your time at GCC, you will be asked to join our Managed Services Team and/or our Service Delivery Teams to get hands-on experience dealing with complex environments, learning to manage and meet customer expectations amongst others, cultivating your soft skills as you get a taste of the real world.
Candidate Requirements
Due to the large number of applicants and the limited number of places available per year, applicants are strongly advised to note the following minimum eligibility criteria. If the requirements below are not met, your application will not be processed:
Recent graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree related to, but not limited to: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information/Cyber Security and or Software Development
Fluency in Greek and English
Strong academic performance records:
- University of Cyprus: 7.5/10 and above
- Other local universities: 3.33/4 and above
- Greek universities: 7.5/10 and above
- UK universities: 2:1 and above
- US universities: 3.33/4 and above
