System Engineer
SYSTEMS ENGINEER
The Role: Systems Engineer with support competencies in the area of high-end systems and system software products and tools with specialization in Enterprise Solutions. His/her responsibilities will include:
- Participate in the installation of the necessary IT infrastructure solutions
- Work in teams for installing and supporting IT solutions
- Technical problem determination and troubleshooting capabilities for software and hardware systems
Person Qualifications: The successful candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:
- University degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering or other IT related field
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in similar position
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Display initiative and responsibility
- Willing to continuously update personal skills and knowledge
- Exceptional Customer facing skills, understand and be able to implement the concept of exceptional Customer Service
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills (English and Greek), the ability to develop customer relationships whilst gaining trust and respect for the company
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, can determine root causes by asking the right questions
- Ability to manage your own time to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Friendly and professional manner with an enthusiastic positive approach to tasks
Technical Skills
- Very good understanding of computer systems and complex solutions
- Experience with Enterprise solutions, e.g., HPE 3PAR, EMC, IBM, NetApp, etc.
- Knowledge of protocols: ISCSI, Fiber Channel, NFS protocols and hardware
- Experience completing proactive and preventative system upgrades
- Experience with Enterprise Backup Solutions
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, etc.
- Knowledge of Unix operating systems will be considered as an advantage
- Good knowledge of Virtualization technologies, e.g., VMware, HyperV, KVM, Oracle VM, etc.
- Good knowledge of network concepts and technologies
- Vendor certifications, e.g. HPE ASE/MASE, etc., will be considered as an advantage

User Help Desk Agents
The Role:
We are seeking energetic individuals to join our team in Nicosia and contribute to the operation and end user support of the Government ERP system.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Respond to telephone calls, emails and tickets, providing 1st level support to users through troubleshooting and relevant questions
- Prioritise, schedule and resolve user problems and challenges with the use of the system
- Diagnose errors, issues and the root cause of these
- Log all user Helpdesk requests in the ticketing system
- Walk users through problem solving process
- Escalate unresolved incidents/service requests to other resolver groups
- Liaise with 3rd parties as required
- Identify and escalate appropriately situations requiring urgent attention
- Follow up with users ensuring full resolution of the reported issues
- Handle multiple simultaneous interactions to ensure all user requests are responded to within established targets and agreed SLA’s
- Train other staff members on troubleshooting and fixing problems
- Interpret and consume service performance reports to assist with continual improvement of the overall service
- Produce knowledge articles and quick-fix help documents
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business or IT subject is preferred
- Fluency in both English and Greek (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong and very clear communication skills
- A strong focus on delivering quality customer care and the want to exceed customer expectations
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technology products
- ITIL Foundation certification (or any additional ITIL accreditations) would be an advantage
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong learning ability and eagerness to develop
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality required
- Previous experience of IT help desk\call centre roles will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience of supporting/using ERP related applications would also be an advantage

Sales Executive (Nicosia)
The Sales Executive is an entry-level position in a fast-paced and varied role where the successful applicant will be responsible to support the Account and Sales Managers to manage and grow relationships with the, with the aim to develop and implement sales, marketing strategies and technology solutions to grow the company’s business and achieve the targeted revenue and profit budget plans.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all back-office sales related activities including but not limited to preparation sales proposals when and if required
- Communicate with existing and potential customers on a frequent basis, and follow up on sales leads
- Understand customers’ needs and respond to customers’ questions
- Prepare proposals with the assistance of the sales team and respond to customers’ requests.
- Routing sales opportunities to the appropriate team member for further development and closure
- Prepare and submit relevant reports to the Sales Manager
Required Skills and Abilities
- University degree in Management Information Systems, Telecommunications & Computer Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales related role will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Good communications skills
- Ability to build strong trusting relationships with customers
