Systems Engineer
We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team!
The role:
- You will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of infrastructure and systems installations involving a variety of technologies.
- Install, configure, and support operating systems and application software according to current best practices, involving a variety of technologies such as Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Cloud Services (Office 365, Azure).
- Monitor the health of systems under operational support to identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively. Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues when they arise.
- Conduct root cause analysis of service outages and implement preventive measures.
- Engage in presales activities and support the presales engineering team with subject matter expert advice in accordance to customer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other IT related field
- Proven working experience in the support and administration of Windows-based environments.
- Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, HyperV)
- Very good understanding of computer systems and complex solutions
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange
- Knowledge of Azure and Office 365 cloud services
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems will be considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of Virtualization technologies, e.g., VMware, HyperV, etc.
- Good knowledge of data backup and DR concepts and technologies.
- Professional certifications e.g., Microsoft, VMware, will be considered an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills and an analytical mind
- Strong verbal communication skills (in English and Greek)

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team!
The role:
- Work on business-critical systems and system software products and tools, with a focus on Storage and Backup solutions.
- Handle the implementation of new technologies, at a diverse set of customers, in the areas of Storage and Data protection,
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Team on problem analysis and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering or other IT related field
- Minimum requirement: 4+ years’ experience in IT support and administration, ideally with minimum 2+ years focus on storage
- Very good understanding of computer systems and complex solutions
- Strong verbal communication skills (English and Greek)
- Will be considered an advantage:
- Vendor certifications in storage, e.g. HPE ASE/MASE, etc.
- Prior experience in Enterprise Storage SAN solutions
- Storage Protocols

Project Manager
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our offices in Nicosia and manage specific projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will be responsible, to plan, execute, and close projects according to the deadlines set and within the predetermined budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and effectively manage projects according to company’s PMO methodology and procedures
- Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle
- Plan the execution of the project including preparation of the project plan, identification and provision of resources, assessment of risks and mitigation planning
- Communicate effectively and build the necessary relationships with colleagues, customer and third parties to gain their commitment, support and resources to deliver project work
- Manage the progression of significant integration projects ensuring that resources are assigned to project tasks, including awareness of each resource role and responsibilities, and deliverables are coordinated to meet project plan milestones
- Ensure that all contractual requirements are satisfied and the client’s expectations are managed accordingly
- Report and keep the various stakeholders informed in terms of the progress of the project and other necessary information
- Execute appropriate project governance and reporting
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies
- Oversee the supply of materials and constituent products (e.g. ensure all requirements are identified and actions have been taken to procure the necessary items, raise invoices and take the necessary actions to ensure that payments are made within the agreed timeframes)
- Support the bid process whenever required in terms of calculating costs and estimating timescales for projects requiring project management
- Carry out any other relevant duties to his/her position assigned by the line Manager
Requirements
- University Degree in Business or IT related field
- Minimum 3 years of previous project management experience (experience in IT Project Management will be considered an advantage)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a highly desirable
- Strong organization and follow up skills including the ability to handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments
- Strong business analysis, definition, and design skills including knowledge and understanding of Project Management methodologies
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills including ability to lead, coordinate, guide and resolve issues within the scope of the project management duties and responsibilities
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both verbal and written
