Impressive results of our 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey

GCC is proud to share the impressive results of our 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey, marking yet another year of consistently high ratings from our valued clients.

The survey showed that our clients rated GCC 9.16/10 for overall satisfaction. The company also achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 76, a ‘world-class’ level of customer loyalty (NPS scores above 70 are internationally recognized as exceptional).

 

The survey received feedback from over 150 clients, covering three key performance areas. The results are listed below:

    • Sales Approach: 9.26/10
    • Quality of products: 9.18/10
    • Quality of services: 9.26/10
    • Overall satisfaction: 9.16/10
